Bank Financial Officer

The Bank Financial Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all financial accounting, controlling and reporting activities of the organization.
• Prepare budget forecasts and associated rate analysis along with other financial statements for strategic decision making.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new investments.
• Present business performance to the board and prepare board reports.
• Ensure efficient banking arrangements with leading banks and monitor cash flow and loan repayments.
• Maintain accurate financial recording, reporting, consolidation, and account finalization to detect fraudulent transactions and minimize variances.
• Review business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to provide financial statements and MIS reports to management.
• Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting standards.
