• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting strategic investment decisions, ensuring financial compliance, and driving accurate reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external auditing and experience in managing accounting operations within a listed or joint‑stock company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment decisions, capital expenditures, and business cases.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide management reports and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate GL, AR, AP, and payroll postings.
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits.
• Maintain chart of accounts and accounting policies.

Requirements

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience, preferably in external auditing
• Current or previous finance manager role
• Prior experience with joint‑stock companies and IPO readiness is highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Zakat, VAT, WHT
• Financial modeling, variance and sensitivity analysis
• ERP/accounting systems experience (Odoo preferred)
• Costing and profitability analysis
