Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to senior management.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the audit process.

Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including tax compliance and financial controls.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic financial planning.
