Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to senior management.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the audit process.
Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including tax compliance and financial controls.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic financial planning.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
