Parsons invites applications for a Construction Engineer - ICT Fiber to lead the technical execution and on-site management of fiber infrastructure projects. You will oversee planning, design, splicing, testing, and field surveys, coordinating with QIC and partners to ensure safety, timelines, and budget compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent, with 5+ years in ICT design or fiber deployment.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with GIS software, AutoCAD, or specialized fiber design software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical execution and site-level management of ICT fiber projects for the SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP).
• Coordinate with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and other partners to align construction activities with strategy.
• Plan, design, and install fiber optic networks, including splicing and testing.
• Manage construction crews, ensuring fiber routes, splicing, and testing meet standards, permits, and budget.
• Create detailed route designs, including splicing prints and power loss budgets.
• Supervise trenching, drilling, and aerial cable placement to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate ROW permits and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Validate installation quality with OTDR/Power Meter testing, splicing inspection, and as-built documentation.
• Perform site surveys, locate utilities, and gather field data (e.g., KMZ files).
