Job summary

United Food Establishment for Catering is seeking a seasoned FB General Accountant in Yanbu to join our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will manage daily sales expenses, cost control, VAT and ZATCA compliance, and support budgeting, payroll, and supplier accounting in a dynamic F&B environment.

Experience in hospitality accounting, proficiency with Odoo and Foodics, strong Excel skills, and SOCPA certification are preferred to drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ≥3 years of relevant F&B accounting experience.
• SOCPA certification preferred.

• Perform bank, cash, and POS reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and cost-control reports.

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team in Yanbu

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales expenses and financial transactions
• Monitor food costs inventory and supplier accounts
• Perform bank cash and POS reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial and cost-control reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with budgeting payroll VAT and ZATCA requirements
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions
• Support management with budgeting cost control and financial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in F&B
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Zakat and VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements
• Proficiency in Odoo and Foodics systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Good command of English
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• SOCPA certified
