Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
  1. Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments as required.
  3. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  4. Collaborate with the Talent Team to assist in seating arrangements for employees.
  5. Coordinate with messengers/Runners to deliver clients, Vendors and governmental stuff (Invoices/Documents) as required.
  6. Follow up on various talent-related matters, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Coordinate with finance team to manage all invoices and expenses POs.
  8. Coordinate office-related tasks with office staff as required.
  9. Issue all Expenses POs and register invoices.
  10. Draft Manual Invoices.
  11. Create new Expenses Vendor and clients in the New System.
  12. Track & report office attendance & rotation plans.
Travel Arrangements:
  1. Arrange travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa processing when needed.
  2. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are in order.
  3. Monitor and reconcile travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communication:
  1. Effectively communicate with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information.
  2. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Calendar Management:
  1. Assist in managing calendars for management.
  2. Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of their time.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the same field is preferable.
