Job summary

Osoul ALbenaa is seeking a senior cost estimator with a strong background in civil/structural projects. The role involves analyzing blueprints and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and to support bid and execution planning.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to capture scope, assess labor, materials, and overhead costs, and utilize estimation software to build detailed cost models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
• Certification in Cost Estimating (e.g., Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst) is highly preferred to demonstrate expertise in the field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction estimation or project management is required for effective performance.
• Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry is essential, with specific knowledge of structural, mechanical, or electrical estimation.
