Job summary

China Telecom (Africa and Middle East) Ltd seeks an experienced ICT project manager to oversee full lifecycle management and technical coordination of enterprise ICT system integration projects in the Saudi market. You will handle demand analysis, solution design, cost pricing, project delivery and after-sales operation.

Role requires 3+ years in ICT/DICT project management with knowledge of networks, cloud and storage, plus strong English and Chinese fluency.

Qualifications

Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Management, Electronic Information Engineering or related majors.
At least 3 years experience in ICT/DICT project management, technical support or industry informatization consulting.
Understand digital transformation demands of government, finance, energy, construction, logistics and manufacturing industries; able to identify pain points and opportunities and design targeted solutions.
Familiar with switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, wireless networks, KVM and relevant solutions.
Skilled in storage, server, virtualization and disaster recovery technologies and solutions.
Familiar with mainstream public clouds: Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure.
Preferred experience in solution design and technical support for private/hybrid cloud, big data, IoT, AI and 5G.
Preferred certificates: CISSP, CISP, CCNP, HCIP, ACP, VMware, PMP.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST.

Responsibilities

Full lifecycle management and technical coordination of enterprise ICT system integration projects, including demand analysis, solution design, cost pricing, project delivery and after-sales operation.
Perform pre-sales work: technical communication, on-site research, PoC, solution design and product testing.
Lead project bidding: tender decomposition, bidding document preparation, technical response, solution compilation and commercial quotation.
Manage project implementation, make implementation plans, arrange delivery teams and resources, review scheme and cost changes; provide technical training, consultation and troubleshooting for customers.
Troubleshoot network, server, storage and virtualization issues, handle emergency faults, maintain customer relations and improve customer satisfaction.
Build regional ecosystem; manage and evaluate local suppliers and agents.
