Job description

TKE is setting up a new Customer consolidation center & factory in KSA. The ETM will be responsible for managing and maintaining engineering IT tools and infrastructure at the factory site. This includes setup, configuration, and administration of SolidWorks, EPLAN, AutoCAD, DigiPara, Lift Designer, and Windchill local replica servers, ensuring connectivity and system reliability. The role will also oversee SAP integration for engineering processes, provide first‑line (L1) operational support to local users, and work closely with global engineering teams. Additionally, support R&D engineers and contract engineering teams with tool usage and training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain engineering software environments (SolidWorks, EPLAN, AutoCAD, DigiPara, Lift Designer, Windchill).
  • Manage local replica servers and ensure synchronization with global PLM systems.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure for engineering tools, including network connectivity, hardware requirements, and SAP integration for engineering workflows.
  • Provide L1 operational support as the first line of local assistance for engineering tools and systems.
  • Perform system administration tasks: user management, access control, backups, and performance monitoring.
  • Support R&D engineers and contract engineering teams with tool setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions on CAD and PLM tools to ensure effective adoption and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to implement best practices and security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and data security guidelines.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration and engineering tools management.
  • Hands‑on experience with CAD/PLM tools (SolidWorks, EPLAN, AutoCAD, DigiPara, Lift Designer, Windchill).
  • Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and SAP integration.
  • Familiarity with CAD and PLM workflows to support engineering teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
  • Coordination and control of the information security organization and resources for the whole TK Elevator Group.
  • Adaptation and further development of information security measures based on internal and external requirements (e.g., legal requirements).
  • Definition and follow up on information security awareness and training activities regarding information security.
  • Management of information security incidents and vulnerabilities mitigation or resolution.
  • Coordination and management of the information security outsourced contracts and services.
  • University degree in computer science or a qualification in a related subject (computer science, telecommunication or business administration).
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in information security, CISO or similar role for multinational companies.
  • Qualified additional training (e.g., Master in Business Administration, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or comparable, CISM, CISSP, CISA, …).
  • High level of competence, engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability.
  • Broad competence both at policy level and in security project consulting.
  • General knowledge of the legal framework for information security and data protection.
  • Knowledge and competence in project management standards.
  • Experience about IT security industry standards (i.e NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO‑27000).
  • Passion for technology and a business‑oriented personality focused on the delivery of the best possible security experience.
  • Experience working on an international environment as well as cultural sensitivity in a multinational environment.
  • Capable of self‑organizing and prioritizing the work in an effective manner. Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing the direction when required to meet the business demands.
  • Be proactive and self‑motivated to work in a complex global organization.
