Responsibilities

• 1.Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
• 2.Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, production, Product Management), to develop and implement new products or processes.
• 4.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
• 5.Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• 6.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
• 7.Manage and oversee the implementation of new equipment, technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
• 8.Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
• 9.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• 10.Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production output.
• 11.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
• 12.Monitor and control manufacturing expenses to meet budgetary plan.

Required Skills

• 1.In Depth knowledge in Air Handling Units/ Fan coils Manufacturing.
• 2.Knowledge of the main components suppliers in the Airside Industry.
• 3.Deep knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards, Eurovent Certification process and Hygienic Certificate.
• 4.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
• 5.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• 6.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, machining, fabrication, and automation.
• 7.Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• 8.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• 9.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• 10.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• 11.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 2.Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
• 3.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
• 4.Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
