A leading e-commerce company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Network Launch & Configuration Readiness Manager to ensure readiness across Fulfillment Centers and stores. This role involves leading configuration management, collaborating with multiple teams, and defining operational readiness milestones. Candidates should have over 2 years of project management experience and be knowledgeable in Lean principles. Experience with SQL and MS Access is preferred, and the role offers a collaborative work environment in a key operational area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration readiness for all new FCs, SDCs, IXDs, and stores across Core, Rush, and Now networks.
• Define and track readiness milestones from planning through Go-Live.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Business teams to validate launch inputs.
