alfanar seeks an Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to plan, organize, and control electrical activities on projects in the Central Region. You will review submittals, assist QA/QC, and coordinate with site teams to ensure安全, timely delivery and compliance with standards.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and up to 2 years of experience, offering a path to develop technical leadership within a leading Saudi EPC group.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of work experience, fresher.
• Ability to review technical submittals and drawings for client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Review electrical documents including methodology, QA/QC and time schedules.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design and drawings for compliance.
• Oversee site installation and witness tests, identify non-compliance.
• Coordinate daily with Team Leader to verify and report quality issues.
• Ensure construction activities run smoothly at site and review progress.
• Lead training and development of subordinates.
• Provide leadership and delegate tasks.
