Qualifications

• 7 - 12 years of experience as an electrical draftsman in construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, including NEC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawing transmittals and revision logs for submission.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawings are integrated.
• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings with site teams.
• Implement QA/QC checks before submission of drawings.
• Provide accurate quantities and material take-offs from drawings.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)

Strong understanding of electrical principles

Ability to interpret engineering specifications

Education
