Job description
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Magento, Amazon, Noon, Hunger Station, etc), ensuring the site is functional and optimized.
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Supervise the "last-mile" process. Coordinate with local 3PL providers (e.g., Aramex, SMSA, Flow) to ensure timely delivery and manage the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) reconciliation process.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels specifically for the online channel. Ensure product descriptions, prices, and high-quality images are accurate and localized for the Saudi consumer.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Customer Experience: Supervise the customer support team (or handle escalations) to resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds, adhering to KSA’s Ministry of Commerce regulations.
  • Local Compliance: Ensure all digital activities comply with ZATCA(e-invoicing) requirements and Saudi e-commerce laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within the GCC (KSA experience highly preferred).
  • Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and ERP systems.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and Englishis essential for managing local listings and communicating with regional stakeholders.
  • Technical Savvy: Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn data into actionable insights for the marketing team.
