Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent
• 5–7+ years in Distribution Planning, Replenishment, Inventory or Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Beauty, E-commerce or multi-channel environments
• Experience managing distribution planning across multiple locations and countries
• Strong knowledge of DRP, Replenishment, Inventory Allocation, and Stock Transfer Planning
• Experience with ERP/WMS and planning platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of distribution plans across multiple warehouses, branches, countries, and sales channels

About the Role

Reef Group is looking for an experienced Distribution Planning Manager to lead and optimize the planning of finished-goods distribution across our warehouses, branches, countries, and multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Planning & Allocation

• Lead the development and execution of distribution plans across multiple warehouses, branches, countries, and sales channels.
• Develop product allocation and replenishment plans based on sales demand, inventory levels, business priorities, and operational capacity.
• Determine distribution requirements across Retail Stores, B2B, B2C, and E-commerce channels.
• Manage inventory allocation across locations to maximize product availability and optimize inventory utilization.
• Review and manage inter-warehouse and inter-branch stock transfers based on actual demand and inventory requirements.
• Establish distribution priorities based on sales performance, inventory availability, market requirements, and growth plans.

Inventory & Replenishment Planning

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, branches, and channels to identify replenishment requirements.
• Analyze stock availability, slow-moving items, excess inventory, and stock-out risks.
• Develop replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels across the network.
• Identify inventory imbalances between locations and recommend corrective allocation or transfer actions.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock while maintaining target service levels.

Cross-Functional Planning

• Coordinate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Sales, B2B, and E-commerce teams.
• Ensure distribution plans are aligned with sales forecasts, production plans, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Support distribution planning for new product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal demand, and new store openings.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure shipment readiness and execution in line with approved distribution plans.

Network & Operational Improvement

• Continuously improve distribution planning processes, methodologies, and allocation rules.
• Develop distribution strategies for a multi-warehouse, multi-country, and multi-channel network.
• Analyze distribution performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels, inventory utilization, and operating costs.
• Develop data-driven planning models and reports to support distribution and inventory decisions.
• Analyze the root causes of stock-outs, excess inventory, delayed replenishment, and distribution deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Monitor key distribution and replenishment KPIs, including:
• Product Availability
• Stock-out Rate
• Excess & Slow-Moving Inventory
• Inventory Turnover
• Prepare regular management reports covering distribution performance, inventory status, shortages, excess stock, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to improve distribution and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in Distribution Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Retail, FMCG, Beauty, E-commerce, or multi-channel environments.
• Experience managing distribution planning across multiple warehouses, branches, locations, and preferably multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Replenishment, Inventory Allocation, and Stock Transfer Planning.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in multi-country or regional distribution networks.
• Experience supporting Retail Stores, B2B, B2C, and E-commerce channels.
• Experience with large-scale retail networks and multiple distribution centers.
• Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, replenishment methodologies, and distribution planning tools.
