Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and innovative leader to fill the role of Director - Security, ERP and Business Continuity (CDU 11) (20004442).

In this key position, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing an integrated approach to security management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and business continuity across our organization.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to create and implement frameworks that align security initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the protection of assets while optimizing operational processes through efficient ERP systems.

You will also develop robust business continuity plans to ensure the ongoing resilience of the organization in the face of potential challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for security, ERP, and business continuity that support Qiddiya’s vision and mission.
  • Lead the development and management of security policies and procedures that safeguard organizational assets against various threats.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems to enhance business processes and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective business continuity plans, ensuring readiness for emergencies and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to foster a culture of security awareness and resilience within the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and business continuity.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports on security status, ERP utilization, and business continuity initiatives to executive management.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of security, ERP, and business continuity professionals.
