Job summary

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the management, operation and maintenance of its IT applications, ensuring they remain available and high performing for end users within agreed quality and timeframes.

The role covers strategy and planning, budget management, Application Operations management, and people development. It requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Master’s degree preferred in IT/CS/Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define IT operations strategy and align with IT Operations business plan.
• Manage the operation of ZATCA IT applications ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee incident handling, prioritization and resolution within SLAs; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead change requests review and implementation to minimize disruption and optimize resources.
