Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Riyadh, KSA

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Riyadh to expand our footprint in the commercial workspace sector. The ideal candidate will come from a commercial interior design background with solid experience in the A&D community within KSA. Familiarity with office furniture brands and industry trends is essential. You will be expected to promote our premium office furniture solutions, grow our network, and support our dealers in securing key projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our office furniture brand to leading architects, interior designers, and project consultants throughout Riyadh and wider KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the A&D community, key decision‑makers, end users, and strategic clients.
  • Support and collaborate with our dealer partners to win major projects and grow market share.
  • Continuously research and analyze the market to identify upcoming opportunities, new projects, and emerging design trends.
  • Represent the brand consistently and effectively on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and pitches tailored to the client’s design needs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client records and sales tracking using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Prepare client‑focused presentations and business proposals using PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
  • Travel regularly across the region to attend meetings, events, and site visits as needed.
  • Report to the Regional Manager and provide timely updates on pipeline, market feedback, and business strategy.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow brand visibility through industry events, trade shows, and design exhibitions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with the A&D sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth knowledge of office furniture brands, manufacturers, and industry trends is essential.
  • Well‑established network within the architecture and design community in KSA.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills, with a professional and client‑centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and digital communication tools.
  • Active presence on key professional social media platforms.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel regularly across the region.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with strong market awareness.
