Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead the resort’s learning, development, and performance culture strategy. Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Talent Development or Talent & Culture within luxury hospitality.
• Strong hands‑on experience implementing Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing L&D functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Talent Development strategy aligned with Rosewood standards and AMAALA objectives.
• Lead the Forbes Standards Training strategy with structured, measurable implementation across departments.
• Design and deliver Forbes Five-Star service training programs for associates, supervisors, managers and leaders.
