Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Strategy & Transformation, including KPIs and business results.
• Strong experience in E-commerce, Digital Platforms & Product Lifecycle Management.
• Proven experience with Digital Payments, Payment Integration, Collections & Settlements.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Systems Integration, Transactions & Cost Optimization.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain & Business Process Digitalization.
• Advanced knowledge of Web Technologies, System Integration, Scalability & Platform Performance.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance & Digital Governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex digital initiatives and high-volume platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s digital strategy translating strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs and business outcomes.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital platforms, products and services ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience requirements.
• Oversee e-commerce digital business models and high-volume digital transactions ensuring scalability, performance, service continuity and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize digital payment platforms, reservations, inventory, commissions, collections and settlements ensuring seamless integration with financial and operational systems.
• Lead the integration of payment and financial systems, monitoring transaction costs, settlement processes and opportunities to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Drive operations and supply chain digitalization developing and implementing digital solutions that improve service quality, efficiency and cost optimization.
• Oversee the architecture, integration, scalability, performance and lifecycle management of web technologies, applications and digital solutions.
• Ensure appropriate cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance and governance across digital platforms and systems.
• Lead complex digital initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
