Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings unit seeks an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and integration of Building X into the country business, driving digital transformation.

You will champion Building X offerings—Automation, Security, Energy Services, and Digital Services—to modernize infrastructure, improve customer experience, and deliver scalable, future-ready smart building solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital presales and architecture efforts with Portfolio Leads, Sales Teams, and HQ.
• Own solution architecture and delivery of Building X-based digital platforms.
• Define and deliver customer-facing products aligned with the Smart Building strategy.
• Act as the technical champion for Building X, ensuring integration and partner alignment.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Building X adoption across the country.
• Identify transformation opportunities in core business processes using Building X capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align offerings with digitalization goals.
• Drive awareness, training, and enablement programs internally and externally.
• Monitor adoption metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and value.
• Apply Design Thinking for customer conversations, workshops, and reviews.
• Align customer needs with Building X’s digital transformation vision.
• Translate business needs into actionable use cases.
• Lead technical solution design, bid proposals, presentations, and PoC initiatives.
• Define system requirements, interfaces, and user experience platforms.
• Present solutions to customers for approval and implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, HQ, and partners on product releases and roadmaps.
• Manage partnerships within the Building X ecosystem.
• Work with consultants and designers to refine customer requirements.
• Share feedback to improve offerings and service delivery.
• Review documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with digital strategy and market relevance.
• Coordinate with MEP/ELV system owners during design stages.
• Support business development with technical reviews and sourcing.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL), AWS/Azure Solution Architect.
• 10+ years in solution architecture and digital presales.
• 8+ years in customer workshops, testing, and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT integration, IoT, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and smart building tech.
• Experience with SDKs, APIs, protocols like BACnet, MQTT.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience in sectors like Healthcare, Airports, Real Estate, Education, and Public Sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
