The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The goal is to achieve measurable results, improve ROI, and support the company’s overall business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure optimal results.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed performance reports including insights, analyses, and clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Audience & Conversion Analysis: Analyze audience behavior, conversion data, and performance metrics to enhance targeting, ad content, and bidding strategies.
  • Analytics Tools: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to link campaign results to marketing and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and company strategic objectives.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital advertising tools, platform updates, and industry trends.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven knowledge of the Saudi market and understanding of local customer behavior and advertising platforms.
