Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our brand’s digital presence across multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, and Domestic Manpower. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between B2B corporate branding (targeting energy and construction giants) and B2C service marketing (targeting household staffing). You will be responsible for positioning our company as the premier partner for human capital solutions in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360° digital marketing strategies that cater to two distinct segments: Corporate/Industrial (B2B) and Retail/Domestic (B2C).
  • B2B Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Ads and targeted SEO to reach decision-makers in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors for large-scale manpower outsourcing.
  • Brand Authority: Develop and maintain a sophisticated corporate identity that reflects the company’s scale, reliability, and compliance with international labor standards.
  • Content Strategy & Storytelling: Create high-quality content that highlights our technical capabilities (e.g., supplying engineers and certified technicians) as well as our domestic hospitality services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize ROI, CPC, and Conversion Rates using GA4 and advanced analytics to ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently.
  • Multi-Channel Coordination: Manage the company’s presence across LinkedIn (for corporate growth) and Instagram/Snapchat/TikTok (for domestic service growth).
  • Reputation Management: Oversee digital PR and customer sentiment to maintain the company’s status as a "Trusted Partner" in the manpower industry.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience within a large-scale Manpower agency or Oil & Gas service company is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:
