We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & Media Buying
Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple
platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing media
buying activities, managing all paid social media posts, monitoring mobile app downloads,
and driving new user acquisition. You will also analyze campaign performance and trends to
ensure alignment with business goals and maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strategize and implement media buying strategies to effectively allocate budgets and maximize ad spend based on campaign performance.
- Manage and track all paid social media activities, including ad setup, targeting, bidding, and reporting.
- Monitor key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Analyze audience behavior, campaign performance, and user acquisition trends to refine and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee mobile app download campaigns, tracking user acquisition, retention rates, and optimizing for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Utilize A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, media buying, and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in managing successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in tracking and optimizing mobile app user acquisition metrics, including CPI (Cost Per Install), CPM (Cost Per Mille), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
