Searce is seeking a mid-senior Solutions Architect specialized in Data Engineering to shape AI-powered data transformations for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, from discovery workshops to scalable production pipelines, ensuring real business value.

You will drive architectural storytelling, collaborate across product, engineering, and delivery teams, and leverage cloud-native data platforms to enable rapid, high-impact outcomes for clients.

You’ll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating and technically
