Job summary

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. in Riyadh seeks an experienced Cyber Security Supervisor to strengthen governance, risk, compliance, and operations across the organization.

You will lead GRC activities, manage risk registers, support audits, and coordinate incident response with stakeholders to safeguard critical assets. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of frameworks, and relevant certifications to drive security maturity in a dynamic real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, and Security Controls.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and Saudi cybersecurity regulations.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or Security+ are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cybersecurity activities and align with organizational security requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities.
• Maintain and monitor cybersecurity risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Support compliance with NCA ECC, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and PDPL requirements.
• Oversee cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and security controls.
• Support cybersecurity audits, gap assessments, remediation, and compliance activities.
• Monitor Identity & Access Management (IAM), privileged access, MFA, and access reviews.
• Assess third-party and vendor cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate cybersecurity incident response and follow up on security observations.
• Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management updates.
