Job summary

Deloitte in Riyadh seeks a Senior Consultant/Manager to lead Cyber Operate and Cyber Performance Management initiatives. You will design performance frameworks, define success metrics, and partner with Governance to translate policy into measurable indicators.

You will build dashboards (Power BI) and monthly/quarterly reports for the CISO and board, track service levels with MSSPs, and drive improvement actions based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4–8 total professional years of cybersecurity/IT experience.
• Bachelor's in IT, cybersecurity, business, data analytics or a related field.
• Designed or run KPI/KRI or SLA performance frameworks across multiple functions.
• Strong data skills and experience with Excel and Power BI; data modelling.
• Experience managing SLAs and service performance (ITIL).
• Excellent written English for executive reporting; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with managed security services (MSSP) contracts and service reviews.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27004 and NIST SP 800-55; knowledge of maturity assessment models.
• SQL or Python for data extraction and automation; ability to link KPIs to objectives.
• Ability to present complex data concisely to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design the cybersecurity performance management framework: objectives, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting lines.
• Define metrics for each cybersecurity function and its roles with clear measurement rules.
• Collaborate with Governance to translate policies into measurable indicators and dashboards.
• Track service performance of MSSP and measure programme delivery against plan.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) for executives with drill-down by function and team.
• Identify root causes of negative trends and drive improvement actions to closure.
