As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service while combining strong sales skills with a detail-oriented approach. You will create customized travel quotations for flights, hotels, destinations transfer, packages, and experiences, and act as a knowledgeable destination expert to support customers throughout their journey.
Key Accountabilities:
- Efficiently receive requests for reservations from clients and make bookings.
- Assist clients and trade partners with destination information to sell DMC and Luxury products, services, and packages.
- Handle queries through different communication channels, and requests from direct customers and International Tour Operators and Agents.
- Ensure high quality written including English and spoken communication and turnaround times.
- Pick queries from AMEYO system, prepare quotation according to client’s request, and ensure quality control.
- Maintain good business relationships with all supplier partners.
- Secure new client sales, leads, and retention through customer service provided.
- Meet the set monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Guide and assist for any visa related information.
- Efficiently and punctually respond to customers in line with established guidelines and provide advisory about the status of their bookings.
- Deliver superior customer service, manage customer issues, and understand customer travel needs. Communicate for special offers and tailor-made packages to clients and customize promotional offers.
- Work closely with the Operations team on the ground and suppliers to ensure all required information related to client’s services is accurately delivered.
- Ensure efficient and accurate accounting of all files as per guidelines to facilitate smooth processing of client invoicing and supplier payments by the finance team.
- This position involves shift work and direct customer interaction.
- Minimum High School Certificate: a Diploma in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of KSA destinations, with the ability to service both domestic and international customers and a genuine passion for travel and customer engagement.
- Awareness of DMC industry standards, market trends.
- Solid understanding of KSA tourism destinations and the international Tour operator industry
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to use booking platforms for air and/or ground services.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- European language proficiency is a plus.
