Critical Role Trainer, BWU6 Learning and Development

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is hiring a Learning Trainer to join the Amazon Australia Team. This position is within the BWU6 Fulfilment Center (FC) and reports to the Learning Manager. The successful candidate will manage and work with the Ambassador team to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate workforce. You will be a strong communicator, who values teamwork and can function as a role model and engage in a professional manner with the entire FC workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced warehouse team members, including forklift (LF) and order picker (LO) operations (an LF/LO license required).
• Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in delivering training and coaching to associates.
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FC.
• Learn processes quickly and become a subject‑matter expert in new processes.
• React quickly and productively to problems, serving as a resource for specific problems and taking appropriate steps to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures in the FC and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with audits and refresher/one‑point change training.
• Complete all standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectation.
• Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning areas and training locations to support all training activities.
• Spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in a warehouse process path (rotate through paths such as pick or pack) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers.
• Positively impact and work with associates to succeed in their roles.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
