Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Finance professional in Riyadh to manage credit reconciliations, coordinate with sales and finance teams, and ensure timely balance confirmations. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with SD modules and S2C practices.

The successful candidate will support OTC processes, maintain audit trails, and drive continuous improvements in control and reporting within a dynamic, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or partially qualified ACA, CPA, ACMA.
• At least 5 years of core finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in SD software modules.
• High initiative and analytical thinking.
• Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Good supervisory skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Knowledge of S2C.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the Credit controller; review reconciliations and customer status.
• Coordinate with FSS, Credit controller, CAM and Sales team to ensure timely balance confirmation.
• Prepare Customer Reconciliation Summary and share with regional sales & finance.
• Follow up on OT payment issues and ensure adherence to OTC timelines.
• Maintain audit trail and ensure documentation for third-party review.
• Ensure timely review of reconciliations with supervisors and CAM.
