Mozn is seeking a highly creative Creative Design & Motion Specialist to craft compelling visual experiences that strengthen Mozn's brand and support business objectives. You will produce assets across campaigns, events, social, and product marketing with strong motion storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and motion graphics work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required), Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; familiarity with AI-powered tools.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Design & Motion Specialist to create compelling visual experiences that strengthen the Mozn brand and support our business objectives.

You will be responsible for producing high-impact creative assets across campaigns, events, social media, digital channels, executive communications, and product marketing. This role combines strong graphic design capabilities with exceptional motion graphics and visual storytelling skills.

The ideal candidate can transform complex enterprise AI concepts into engaging visual content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates brand perception.

What You’ll Do

Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling

• Create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and product marketing.


• Produce engaging explainer videos that simplify complex AI, compliance, and financial crime prevention topics.


• Develop product demonstrations, customer success stories, launch videos, and thought leadership content.


• Design motion assets for conferences, keynotes, executive presentations, and major industry events.


• Translate static content into compelling visual narratives through motion design and storytelling.

Brand & Creative Design

• Maintain and evolve Mozn's visual identity across all channels.


• Design digital advertising, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, presentations, and web assets.


• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.


• Develop creative concepts that support Mozn's positioning as a leader in enterprise AI.

Campaign & Event Design

• Create campaign assets that support awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.


• Design event experiences for industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, and product launches.


• Produce booth graphics, stage visuals, event collateral, and digital signage.

AI-Powered Creative Production

• Leverage modern design and AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation.


• Continuously explore new creative approaches and technologies.


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.


• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or creative production.


• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and motion graphics work.


• Advanced proficiency in:


• Adobe After Effects (required)


• Adobe Premiere Pro


• Adobe Illustrator


• Adobe Photoshop


• Figma


• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, design workflows, and production. Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that enhance creative quality, speed, and efficiency.


• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, composition, and motion design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for enterprise technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or B2B brands.


• Experience producing keynote presentation visuals and executive communications.


• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.


• Experience supporting global events and product launches.


• Arabic and English design experience is a plus.
