Job summary

A leading Testing and Inspection company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage communication between clients and engineers, maintain project documentation, and support compliance audits. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, have 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, and be proficient in MS Office. Only Saudi nationals are eligible for this role.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, document control.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in the IDI program.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between clients, management, and engineers.
  • Manage preparation and documentation of reports.
  • Liaise to address queries and coordination issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and documenting minutes.
  • Monitor submission timelines and follow up on tasks.
  • Support compliance audits with required documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description
  • Coordinate effectively between clients, management and inspection engineers to ensure smooth communication and project workflow.
  • Manage the preparation, printing and documentation of inspection reports and certificates issued by engineers.
  • Act as a liaison to addressing queries and supporting in resolving work‑related coordination works.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes for project coordination.
  • Monitor submissions timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support compliance audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative & coordination issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, document control, preferably in inspection and engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in IDI program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • The role is only open for Saudi nationals.
