Job summary

HKA is expanding its Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages (FACD) practice in the Middle East and seeks a Consultant or Managing Consultant to join the Riyadh team. This role supports expert witnesses and client teams across arbitration and litigation, delivering financial analyses and expert reports.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant accounting/finance degree and a professional credential (SOCPA/ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA) or be pursuing one, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National status.
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills, written and spoken.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • A professional qualification such as SOCPA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent, or be working towards qualification.
  • Relevant experience gained within Forensic Services, Valuations, Transaction Services, Audit, Advisory, Economic Consulting or Disputes Consulting.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

  • Performing financial, accounting and economic analyses to support expert reports and client engagements.
  • Assisting with, or leading, business valuations, loss assessments and commercial damages calculations.
  • Analysing large and complex data sets to identify key issues and financial impacts.
  • Preparing schedules, exhibits and supporting documentation for expert reports.
  • Drafting clear, concise and well-supported report sections and client presentations.
  • Working collaboratively with experts, legal teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Managing project deliverables and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, networking activities and client relationship management.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and development of the FACD practice in the Kingdom and across the region.

The Opportunity

As a Consultant or Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting expert witnesses and client teams on arbitration, litigation and other dispute-related matters. Depending on your experience level, you will be responsible for delivering financial, accounting and economic analyses and contributing to the preparation of expert reports and client deliverables.

This role offers outstanding exposure to complex, high-value matters while providing a strong platform for long-term career progression within HKA.

What You Will Be Doing
