Overview

General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all phases of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Review and validate project budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans. Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology to ensure the use of best practices. Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications
