Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead on-site oversight of large civil/industrial projects. You will work with the design consultant, manage the master schedule and budget, and guide the field team through construction and commissioning phases.

The role requires 15+ years of field construction experience, proven leadership, and deep knowledge of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of field construction experience required.
• Experience in large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision activities of the design consultant and manage construction projects.
• Work with Project Controls to establish and maintain Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participate in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
• Organize and work with a high-level construction management team to supervise site supervision and inspection services; interface with commissioning and start-up activities.
• Serve as the PMO site-based senior expert to resolve problems.
• Monitor progress and chair progress meetings; verify progress with innovation software (CCTV or similar).
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Undertakes responsibility for overseeing the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and management of construction project (s).
• Works closely with Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participates in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
• Organizes and works closely with a high level construction management team to provide oversight of the various site supervision and inspection services provided by the designers through the construction phase, interface with commissioning and start up activities.
• The senior expert to be based on the PMO site offices at all times to sort out problems if any
• Monitors construction project progress and chairs all the construction progress meetings. The expert to have access to innovation software to monitor the construction via CCTV or any other means to assess the progress and validate the progress during the meetings.
• Supervises the preparation of construction procedures.
