Basic Functions:
The primary function of the Commissioning HVAC Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC discipline are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.
Main Accountabilities:
The main accountabilities include ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is given the highest priority, coordinating and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre-commissioning dossiers, and ensuring the care and maintenance of equipment by EPCC Contractor. The specialist is also responsible for monitoring all HVAC commissioning activities, reviewing and commenting on test procedures, and liaising with other teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to start-up phase.
