Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapeutic Services:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and treatment goals.
    • Provide individual and group CBT sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
    • Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
  • Treatment Planning and Evaluation:
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Client Support:
    • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate open communication and trust.
    • Educate clients and their families about CBT principles and techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
    • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development:
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
    • Stay current with research and best practices in CBT and mental health treatment through ongoing education and training.
