Job summary

Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy, is hiring on behalf of a client for a CMM Engineer (Card Merchant Management) in Bahrain. You will manage, configure, and support the ACI CMM platform in a banking/payment environment, ensuring reliable operations.

Key duties include merchant onboarding, settlement and reconciliation workflows, database work (Oracle SQL/PL-SQL), and integration with payment switches (Postilion) and core banking (T24). Requires 7+ years in Banking/FinTech with CMM expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ACI CMM platform in banking/payment environments.
• Deep understanding of merchant acquiring lifecycle, onboarding, configuration, pricing, and fees.
• End-to-end settlement and reconciliation workflows for merchant acquiring.
• Strong Oracle/SQL/PL-SQL querying and troubleshooting for payment apps.
• Experience integrating payment systems with Postilion, T24, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, support, and troubleshoot the ACI CMM platform.
• Support merchant onboarding, configuration, pricing, fee structures, transaction processing, and settlement.
• Manage settlement and reconciliation workflows for merchant acquiring transactions.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL/PL-SQL components.
• Integrate CMM with payment switches and core banking systems.
