United SAAM Contracting Co is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on completing work safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and quality standards.

You will lead daily site activities, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to method statements, safety rules, and PPE usage. A Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or Construction.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or oil & gas projects.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical).
• Monitor progress and report to the site engineer or construction manager.
• Ensure workers follow safety regulations and site safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce the use of PPE.
• Identify potential hazards and report them immediately.
• Monitor material usage and request required materials in advance.

TheCivil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating civilconstruction activities on site. He ensures that work is completed safely, ontime, and according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

SiteSupervision

• Supervisedaily civil construction activities such as concrete works, excavation,formwork, steel fixing, and finishing.
• Coordinateand direct workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
• Ensurework is executed according to approved drawings and method statements.

Planning& Coordination

• Plandaily work activities and allocate manpower and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinatewith engineers, supervisors, and other disciplines (mechanical,electrical).
• Monitorwork progress and report to the site engineer or construction manager.
• Ensureworkers follow safety regulations and site safety procedures.

Material& Equipment Management
