Job summary

Esports Foundation in Riyadh is seeking a Sponsorship Manager to build and manage a China-focused sponsorship portfolio for the EWC & ENC. You will develop China-specific strategies, pitch prospective partners, and grow long-term relationships with key players across esports, gaming, and technology ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years of sponsorship sales and partnerships experience with direct responsibility for the Chinese market.
• Strong network with local and international brands.
• Proven track record in securing large sponsorship deals and managing activations.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals with Chinese brands, agencies, platforms, and holding groups.
• Lead negotiations and tailor proposals to Chinese brand objectives and market realities.
• Manage onboarding and activation of Chinese sponsors within the EWC ecosystem.
• Provide reporting on performance, ROI, and partner satisfaction to senior stakeholders.
