Job summary

Fintech, a technology company, is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments, drive operational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of strategic goals set by senior management. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with growth targets.

The role requires a senior leader with a track record in multi‑department management, budgeting, and procurement, and it is open to Saudi nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/management. MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years in operations management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in multi-department operations, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Saudi National.

Responsibilities

• Prepare department policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple departments.
• Direct actions across the operations department to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with senior management to make operational decisions, set strategic goals, and monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervise operations staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Regularly evaluate business procedures against organizational objectives and implement improvements.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate resource and material allocation.
• Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors, evaluate performance through data and metrics, and ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
