Qualifications

• High School Diploma/University Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concierge team: train, schedule, and supervise to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Delight our guests: respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Supervise concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
• Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
