Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Painter to support hotel engineering operations. As the Carpenter / Painter, you’ll perform carpentry and painting maintenance to ensure hotel facilities are maintained to high standards.

Key responsibilities include carrying out carpentry repairs, painting and finishing, inspecting furniture and surfaces, responding to maintenance requests promptly, maintaining tools and work areas, and following safety procedures and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Carpenter, Painter, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance work efficiently.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
