About the role:

Drive the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base, and implementing strategies to strengthen its market position in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

A- Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, develop, and leverage market insights to uncover new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Direct and oversee online and offline marketing and branding efforts to increase awareness of the company’s products and strengthen market presence, in coordination with the Egypt Office to ensure full brand alignment across all channels.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and establish long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

B- Service Development & Proposal Management

  • Conduct market research to identify evolving and future client needs and contribute to the development of state‑of‑the‑art consulting services that are well‑positioned for clients seeking leadership development, team building, corporate training, behavioral assessments, coaching, and business advisory solutions. This includes strategies development, organizational restructuring, and HR‑related services, while staying continuously updated on advancements and best practices in these areas.
  • Provide market insights, including competitor analysis, pricing benchmarks, and local market conditions, to ensure proposals are competitive.
  • Lead and oversee the proposal preparation process, ensuring high quality, consistency, and timely submission.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance and business development reports to senior management.

C- Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Conduct regular meetings with prospective clients to present and discuss the company’s consulting and training services, clearly demonstrating their benefits and positive impact on organizational performance.
  • Lead negotiations, address client inquiries, and follow up consistently by providing requested information, presentations, and supporting materials to reinforce the effectiveness and value of the solutions offered.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the consultation and training industries.
  • Proven track record in business growth and client acquisition.
  • Experience in HR and OD.
  • Fluent Arabic language.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
