We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the project portfolio within the construction and infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on market analysis, client engagement, bid strategy, and long-term relationship management to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead prequalification processes, expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender strategy development.
  • Coordinate closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams during bid preparation.
  • Develop and present business proposals, commercial offers, and presentations to clients.
  • Track leads, pipelines, and business performance, providing regular reports and forecasts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
  • Support management in developing growth strategies and market entry plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, prequalification, and contract processes.
  • Established network with clients, consultants, and developers is a strong advantage.
