The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Civil Engineering and 3–8 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in software such as Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in preparing BIM deliverables.

Job Summary

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for leading advanced BIM modeling and documentation activities in accordance with project standards and specifications. The role supports the design and construction teams by producing accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation that facilitate coordination and improve project efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and update BIM models.
• Prepare shop drawings and schedules derived from BIM models.
• Follow established BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Perform clash detection, resolve model issues, and manage coordination activities.
• Apply BIM tools and project procedures.
• Assist in reviewing BIM requirements (EIR, LOIN, etc.) and in preparing BIM deliverables (BEP, MIDP, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in the same field.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Software skills: Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, visual programming, with a good understanding of international BIM standards.
