Job summary

Ibtdara in Jeddah is seeking a highly communicative and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on qualifying and managing inbound leads, serving as an early touchpoint to understand requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.

You will work in a high-volume environment, communicating via calls, WhatsApp, and email, maintaining CRM records, and passing qualified leads to senior team members.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify genuine opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and repetitive outreach.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
• Understand the prospect's requirements and determine their level of interest and suitability.
• Separate and prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from low-quality or unqualified inquiries.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives for further sales discussions.
• Ensure leads are followed up with professionally and within the required timeframe.
• Meet assigned lead qualification and response-time targets.
