Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in construction or oil & gas.
• Certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, CSP or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BBS program aligned with safety goals and regulations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to reinforce safe behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records of observations and safety metrics.
• Organize and lead safety campaigns and initiatives.
• Communicate program updates to management and employees.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the BBS program.
• Conduct observations of employee behaviors.
