Job summary

King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager for the Riyadh office. The role informs and implements BD and marketing strategies targeting the firm-wide client base across key practices.

The position will support the Middle East offices and report to the Senior Business Development Manager ME & APAC, based in Riyadh. A dynamic, fast-paced environment and cross-office collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive business development/marketing experience in professional services.
• Law firm experience is a strong plus with a track record in energy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target clients; develop go-to-market strategies.
• Lead production of pitches, RFPs and marketing materials.
• Conduct strategic research on potential clients and competitors.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to grow market share.
• Manage directory submissions and league rankings.
• Coordinate events, client lists, and post-event follow-up.
