Job Description

As a Baker at Copenhagen Coffee Lab, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods and ensuring that the products meet our high standards in taste, appearance, and quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistently outstanding products will significantly contribute to the success of our bakery.

Responsibilities

• Production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other specialties, that involves long fermentation and real sourdough.
• Follow recipes and guidelines accurately to maintain the quality and consistency of our products.
• Safely and efficiently operate baking machinery.
• Monitor baking processes to achieve the perfect texture, flavor, and appearance of our products.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Take part in maintaining a clean and organized work area, always following sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders.
